Welcome to Kronos TV. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Kronos TV website, mobile applications, connected-TV applications, streaming services, creator services, live programming, communications, and related products and services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, accessing the Services, uploading content, purchasing a subscription, enrolling in SMS communications, or otherwise using Kronos TV, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Kronos TV.

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, your parent or legal guardian must authorize your use where required by law.

Certain features, content, purchases, or creator programs may have additional eligibility requirements.

2. Kronos TV Accounts

Some features require you to create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information.

• Maintain the security of your username and password.

• Promptly update information that changes.

• Accept responsibility for activity occurring through your account.

• Notify Kronos TV if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may not sell, transfer, impersonate another person through, or fraudulently create accounts.

Kronos TV may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

3. Streaming Services

Kronos TV may provide live television, on-demand programming, creator-generated content, movies, educational programming, sports, faith-based programming, podcasts, music-related programming, and other entertainment.

Programming and availability may change at any time.

We do not guarantee that any specific program, channel, creator, feature, or content category will remain continuously available.

Service quality may depend on your internet connection, device, geographic location, and third-party technology providers.

4. Creator Accounts

Approved creators may be permitted to upload, publish, distribute, livestream, or otherwise make content available through Kronos TV.

Creators remain responsible for their content and must have all rights, permissions, licenses, releases, and authorizations necessary to publish it.

Creators may not upload or broadcast content that:

• Infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other intellectual-property rights.

• Contains unlawful material.

• Promotes fraud or deceptive activity.

• Contains unauthorized copyrighted music, video, broadcasts, movies, or other protected material.

• Violates applicable content standards or Kronos TV policies.

• Contains malicious software or attempts to interfere with the platform.

• Misrepresents the creator's identity or ownership of content.

Kronos TV may review, restrict, demonetize, remove, or disable access to content that violates these Terms or applicable policies.

5. Creator Content License

Creators retain ownership of the content they own.

By uploading or submitting content to Kronos TV, you grant Kronos TV a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, encode, format, transmit, stream, display, distribute, promote, and otherwise make your content available as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the Services.

This license also allows Kronos TV to create technical versions of content required for different devices, resolutions, streaming formats, previews, thumbnails, and promotional displays.

Unless separately agreed in writing, this license does not transfer ownership of your original content to Kronos TV.

6. Creator Monetization and Revenue

Eligible creators may have access to monetization opportunities offered by Kronos TV.

Monetization may include advertising revenue, subscriptions, pay-per-view programming, live events, sponsorship opportunities, promotional programs, or other revenue-generating features.

Participation in monetization may require:

• Creator approval.

• Identity or tax verification.

• Compliance with Kronos TV policies.

• Meeting applicable eligibility requirements.

• Maintaining an account in good standing.

• Providing valid payment information.

Revenue is not guaranteed.

Creator earnings may vary based on factors such as views, watch time, advertising demand, audience location, engagement, monetized impressions, content eligibility, advertiser requirements, and the applicable revenue-sharing arrangement.

Specific payment rates, revenue shares, payout thresholds, schedules, and other compensation terms may be provided separately through the Creator Agreement, Creator Monetization Guidelines, dashboard, or other written agreement.

Fraudulent views, artificial engagement, bots, click manipulation, or other attempts to improperly generate revenue are prohibited and may result in withheld payments, demonetization, suspension, or termination.

7. Live Streaming

Creators and approved partners who use Kronos TV live-streaming features are responsible for everything broadcast through their accounts.

Live streams must comply with these Terms, applicable laws, intellectual-property requirements, and Kronos TV content policies.

Kronos TV may interrupt, restrict, or terminate a live broadcast when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce platform policies, comply with law, or maintain the integrity of the Services.

8. Churches, Ministries, and Live Programming

Churches, ministries, organizations, and other approved partners may be permitted to broadcast worship services, Bible studies, conferences, educational programming, and other content through Kronos TV, including programming appearing on Kronos Gospel Live TV.

Participating organizations are responsible for securing necessary permissions and licenses for music, performances, speakers, recordings, images, and other material included in their broadcasts.

Monetization opportunities may be subject to separate eligibility requirements and revenue terms.

9. Subscriptions and Payments

Kronos TV may offer free and paid services, subscriptions, pay-per-view content, premium channels, rentals, or other purchases.

When you purchase a paid service, you authorize Kronos TV and its payment providers to charge the applicable payment method.

Subscription pricing, billing frequency, renewal terms, cancellation rights, and applicable taxes will be disclosed during checkout.

Unless otherwise stated at purchase, recurring subscriptions automatically renew until canceled.

You may cancel according to the cancellation instructions provided through your account or the applicable app store or payment provider.

10. Advertising

Kronos TV may display advertising before, during, after, or alongside programming.

Creators participating in monetization programs may receive a share of qualifying advertising revenue according to applicable creator terms.

Kronos TV does not guarantee that advertisements will appear on any particular piece of content or that every view will generate advertising revenue.

11. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

Kronos TV may offer optional SMS/text-message programs for account updates, creator onboarding, application updates, platform announcements, promotions, reminders, security notifications, and other communications.

Consent to Receive Messages

By voluntarily providing your mobile number and affirmatively opting in to a Kronos TV SMS program, you consent to receive text messages from Kronos TV at the mobile number you provided.

Where applicable, promotional or marketing messages will be sent only with the consent required by law.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Kronos TV.

Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on the SMS program, your account activity, and your interactions with Kronos TV.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply.

Your wireless carrier may charge you for sending or receiving SMS/MMS messages according to your mobile service plan.

You may need to opt out separately from different Kronos TV messaging programs where permitted by law.

Carrier Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and network provider.

Mobile Number Changes

If you discontinue or change your mobile number, you are responsible for updating or removing that number from your Kronos TV account and SMS preferences.

SMS Privacy

Information collected through SMS programs will be handled according to the Kronos TV Privacy Policy.

Mobile opt-in information and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes, except as necessary for service providers to deliver Kronos TV communications or as otherwise permitted or required by law.

12. Email and Marketing Communications

You may receive transactional emails concerning your account, security, purchases, creator application, payments, or important service updates.

Where permitted by law and based on your communication preferences, Kronos TV may also send promotional emails.

Marketing emails will provide an unsubscribe mechanism where required.

13. Intellectual Property

The Kronos TV name, logos, graphics, platform design, software, branding, trademarks, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Kronos TV and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit Kronos TV intellectual property without authorization.

14. Copyright Complaints

Kronos TV respects intellectual-property rights.

If you believe content available through Kronos TV infringes your copyright, you may submit a copyright complaint containing the information required under applicable law.

Kronos TV may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material and may terminate repeat infringers when appropriate.

15. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Attempt to hack or disrupt Kronos TV.

• Introduce malware or harmful code.

• Scrape the platform without authorization.

• Manipulate views, followers, engagement, or advertising metrics.

• Use bots to generate fraudulent activity.

• Circumvent security or access restrictions.

• Harass or threaten other users.

• Use Kronos TV for unlawful purposes.

• Fraudulently obtain payments, subscriptions, or creator revenue.

• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with Kronos TV.

16. Third-Party Services

Kronos TV may integrate with payment processors, advertising networks, analytics providers, social platforms, app stores, streaming technologies, and other third-party services.

Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Kronos TV is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control.

17. Suspension and Termination

Kronos TV may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Services if we reasonably determine that an account or its content violates these Terms, applicable policies, legal requirements, intellectual-property rights, or platform security requirements.

Where appropriate, creators may be provided with information regarding enforcement actions or available appeal procedures.

18. Service Availability

Kronos TV strives to maintain reliable access but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Maintenance, software updates, internet outages, third-party failures, security incidents, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.

19. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kronos TV and its Services are provided "as is" and "as available."

Kronos TV does not guarantee specific audience growth, creator earnings, advertising revenue, subscriber growth, content performance, or uninterrupted availability.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kronos TV and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

21. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kronos TV and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your unlawful use of the Services, or content you upload or broadcast.

22. Privacy

Your use of Kronos TV is also subject to the Kronos TV Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, stored, and disclosed.

23. Changes to These Terms

Kronos TV may update these Terms periodically.

When material changes are made, we may provide notice through the platform, email, SMS where appropriate, or another reasonable method.

The updated effective date will appear at the top of this page.

24. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms will be governed by applicable law as specified by Kronos TV's legal entity and principal place of business, without limiting any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Any specific arbitration, class-action waiver, venue, or dispute-resolution provisions should be included only after review by qualified legal counsel.
