By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, uploading content, participating in creator or viewer reward programs, or otherwise interacting with Kronos TV Network, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
To use Kronos TV Network, you must:

7. Creator and Influencer Program
Content creators and influencers may upload original content to Kronos TV and participate in revenue-sharing or monetization programs.
By participating, you agree that:
You own or have the necessary rights to all uploaded content.
Your content does not infringe the rights of others.
Your content complies with applicable laws and these Terms.

8. Revenue Sharing and Creator Payments
Eligible creators may earn revenue through:

Payments are subject to:

Compliance with platform policies
Applicable tax requirements
Minimum payout thresholds
Fraud detection and review
Kronos TV reserves the right to withhold, adjust, or reverse payments in cases of fraud, invalid traffic, policy violations, or accounting errors.
9. User Content
Users may submit:

Profile information

You remain responsible for your submissions.
You agree not to upload content that:
Violates copyright or trademarks.
Contains hate speech or discrimination.

Contains child exploitation material.

Contains malware or harmful software.
Invades another person's privacy.
Violates applicable laws.

10. Community Standards
Users must treat others respectfully.
Prohibited behavior includes:

Repeated violations may result in permanent account removal.
11. Live Streaming
Creators may broadcast live using approved devices.
Live streams must comply with all platform policies.

Remove live streams.
Restrict streaming privileges.
Suspend accounts violating these Terms.
12. Mobile Broadcasting
Approved creators may broadcast from supported mobile devices.
Creators are responsible for:
Internet connectivity.
Audio and video quality.
Rights to locations, music, and appearances shown during broadcasts.
13. Intellectual Property
All Kronos TV trademarks, logos, graphics, software, user interfaces, and branding are the exclusive property of Kronos TV Network or its licensors.
Except as permitted by law, you may not:

14. Copyright Policy (DMCA)

18. Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate with third-party providers, including payment processors, social media platforms, analytics services, advertising networks, and cloud hosting providers.
Kronos TV is not responsible for third-party services or their privacy practices.
19. Privacy

20. Suspension and Termination

Payment fraud

Termination may result in forfeiture of unpaid earnings associated with fraudulent or prohibited activity.
21. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kronos TV disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and reliability.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kronos TV Network, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, licensors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of the Services.
Where permitted by law, Kronos TV's total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Kronos TV during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
23. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kronos TV Network, its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:

Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
27. Severability
